Match Highlights – NSW vs Victoria Day One

The NSW Blues have been bowled out for 209 on day one of their Bupa Sheffield Shield match against Victoria at Wagga Wagga’s Robertson Oval.

Winning the toss and batting, NSW lost Ryan Carters (2) and Scott Henry (10) early before an 84 run third wicket partnership between Nic Maddinson (49) and Kurtis Patterson (42).

They were both dismissed during the middle session with Moises Henriques (23) and Peter Nevill (22) taking the score to 4-130 at tea.

The last session belonged to Victoria with the Blues losing 6-69 after the break.

Stephen O’Keefe remained 17 not out with Peter Siddle (2-37 off 19 overs), Chris Tremain (2-35 off 14 overs) and Fawad Ahmed (2-47 off 19) taking two wickets each.

Victoria were 0-11 after four overs at stumps.
