NSW Blues and Australian wicket-keeper Brad Haddin will lead his fellow Blues into action in McDonald’s Sydney Grade cricket this weekend, with the majority of the squad appearing for their clubs on day one of the competition.
Haddin, Steve Smith, Nathan Lyon, Moises Henriques and Stephen O’Keefe will all be on display at various grounds around Sydney in round one of the strongest club competition in the world.
The title race will be as close as ever with Sydney University being the current holders of the Belvedere Cup and Club Champions.
The only NSW Blues squad members missing from action this weekend are Michael Clarke, Shane Watson, David Warner and Mitchell Starc, with Doug Bollinger and Pat Cummins over at the Champions League in India.
